Ellen, with over 25 years of an intuitive psychotherapy practice in California, recently returned to her roots in the "Heart-Land". She assists in the personal healing process through traditional therapy, spiritual expansion and "The Recovery Model". Ellen specializes in resolving emotional and behavior patterns that resurface in current relationships - with self and with others. Her training includes certification as a Holographic Trauma Resolution (HMR) practitioner, addictions specialist and Certified Music Therapist. She offers support, guidance and healing with grief, body image, food, sex and love addiction and relationship pain; outcomes include recovery, integration, wholeness, reconnection and personal freedom
