I’ve worked as a therapist in the helping profession for the past 15 years working with individuals, couples and families. My intuition along with my professional training has enabled me to help clients gain insight into relationships, problematic work issues, self-defeating thoughts and behaviors blocking them from their true potential. My approach to counseling is strongly influenced by my Spiritual beliefs, my clinical training and experiences but also my personal life experiences as a daughter, spouse and mother. Combining these different aspects into one treatment modality provides a powerful tool in helping clients focus on choices and possibilities, encouraging them to move forward toward accomplishment of their goals and desires.
